1. Endless Summer Nites is booked on a first come first served basis.
2. All bed linens and towels are included for your stay. An initial supply of toilet paper, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and soaps are also supplied. A washer and dryer are on the property for your use.
3. Check-in is at 4:00PM and Check-out is by 10:00AM, if you need to alter these times, we will make every attempt to accommodate you, but if we have back to back rentals, it is almost impossible, as the cleaning company needs time to prepare for the next guests. There is a $50.00 per 1/2 hour charge for late check-outs without prior notice.
4. We are located 2 blocks to the lake front and public boat mooring area in the historic district of downtown Lake Geneva. Boat trailer parking is not found in the downtown Lake Geneva area, so bring along your boat and park your trailer at Endless Summer Nites.
5. We purchase 12 season beach passes for our guests use during your stay. Typical rates are $8.00 per person/per day.
6. Walk out the front door a few blocks to all the Lake Geneva area attractions. The beach, restaurants galore, shopping haven, beer gardens, movie theatre, children's arcade. Once you arrive you will not need your vehicle to enjoy all of Lake Geneva's finest attractions.
7. Directions to the nearest grocery and convenient stores can be found on our Welcome Letter at the house on your arrival.
8. The house has a maximum capacity of 12 overnight guests, per the City of Lake Geneva ordinances. Parking for 4 vehicles on-site.
9. There is a 50% deposit required to hold your reservation. Balances are due 30 days prior to arrival. There is an 11% hotel/motel tax added to each reservation.
10. There is no need for us to mail you keys because you will gain access to our home with a combination, which will be sent to you prior to check-in.
11. The "City of Lake Geneva strictly prohibits bonfires or contained fires other than our BBQ Grill provided. Our home is located within the city limits; therefore, this rule is strictly enforced. FIREWORKS are prohibited throughout the State of Wisconsin.
12. The home will be ready for you upon check-in and will be cleaned after you depart. If you require additional housekeeping during your stay please contact us.
